Copplestone LKII Tanks
« on: 02 July 2010, 08:51:56 PM »
I took a couple of photos of my latest purchases, 3 copplestone LKII tanks.

The bases aren't quite finished in the photos, I dont mind admitting that Aircavs excellent beupanzer and K-Wagen were a strong influence for the colour scheme.  Transfers are from millicast.  Comments and questions welcome.

cheers
Andy

Lovely brushwork Andy. I love the colour scheme and weathering, well done.

Ciao,

Helen
Best wishes,

Excellent! You've made three! That's one more than the Germans ever managed!  lol

The overall look does rather remind one of the Whippet, don't you think? I wonder if that is a coincidence or not, given that it was probably the best British tank of the war?
