Where were the interesting (plastic?) 'not Ghouls'?

A month ago someone posted a link to boxes of doglike "not CoC ghouls" which looked like they would be excellent for that use.  My search fu has failed.  Please advise.

The "best ghouls ever" topic is still on the first page as I write this...something from that?

Mantic and some Nottingham company also make plastic boxes.
