Templars vs Saracens

Hello,
We have updated our site with images of a battle of Naran Fantasy Wars:
The AMBUSH IN THE VALLEY OF THE DEAD KINGS: TEMPLARS VS SARACENS.
The battle has been played by us at "ARCIpelago.EstateResistante", at the Museum of the Resistance - corso Valdocco 4 / A - Turin, during the event "THE LAND OF TOYS" organized by "White Rabbit Surreal Events."

Having a table longer but less wide than standard (2 meters x 80 cm), we played a special scenario "Ambush" with the following rules:
1. Scenarios: in the camp of the Saracens we put the model of the temple that the Templars must achieved. On both the long sides of the table were put some land configurations representing hills, so as to form a narrow valley at the center of the table, where the Templars army will have to move.
2. Deployment: at the shorter sides of the table within 60 cm from the edge;
3. The Saracens, who made the ambush, they must hold a Command "in reserve", which will come from second Turn of the game by making the launch of 2D6: with a result equal to or less than the number of the Turn, they comes on the field (in the Movement Phase) and it is deployed on one of the longer sides, where the player wants:
4. Objective of the clash: the Templars must bring at least one of their units in contact with the base of the temple, to prevent the Saracens magicians can perform the spell for opening the alchemic door through which a Demon Prince may be summoned.

The game:
we played 10 Turns (from 19.30 to 24 = 7,30 - 12 p.m.);
at the 10 th Turn, the Paladin on Dragon killed the Spectre on Wyvern, and the Templars, mainly thanks to the powerful Cavalry, had inflicted heavy losses to the Saracens;
the Command held "in reserve" by the Saracens, formed by Archers, has been slow in coming: it is entered only in the 6 th Turn, and this has led to the attack of the Templars, but they failed to reach the temple because the game is come to an end (due to the late hour).
So, the Templars were going to win in term of victory points, but failed to reach the goal, so the victory can be assigned to the Saracens: the Demon can be summoned, as a result there may be a follow to this story ... ....
