Okay, I have found a box of plate figures (all foot) that I never sold/gave away and are considering getting Chipco's Days of knights instead of upgrading Fantasy Rules! 2nd to 3rd...

I should be getting skirmish rules for the 20 or so figures - true 25 mm figures from the 1970's/1980's - but I have no idea (other than Ebay'ed Chainmail! rules from the dim past - only kidding... I think,) what is out there currently.

Tried looking at Pig Wars in the past but didn't like how it read for several reasons.

Will not consider Buckets of dice, GW most anything but maybe LOTR skirmish rules (but may be too restrictive,) or games where it takes hit/wound/save mechanics.

Like opposed dice, multiple die sizes (like GZG games,) and some - repeat some flavor for lenght or speed of weapon differences affecting initiative/reach.

Looking for feedback about possible rules...
