Tudor knight conversion
« on: 08 December 2012, 08:22:11 PM »
It took me a while to build up the confidence to try this conversion but not bad do you think?

I want to try a full cassock and do something like this but a bit more practice might be needed first;

A few more pics of the conversion in progress on my blog;

As I said on your blog, this a great piece of work Stuart. Definitely got a good feel about it.

I've tried to model the full cassock myself and it's difficult to do without looking too bulky without taking a fair bit away from the model first, unless you pick your model very carefully. Look forward to see the results of your labours though.

I hadn't seen your blog, it's beautiful! o_o

Great conversions, I wish there were more 1500-1600 commercial ranges around.

Just one pack of dismounted gendarmes. I know redoubt do a couple but there's a bit of a gulf between them and my Perry heavy army.

I might give the full cassock a go one day, or perhaps just sit in vain waiting for someone else to do it, i'll definitely do that for a little while - procrastination is often the start of most of my projects!
