Its not you it's me, it's awfully strange, I think I'm slap bang in the middle of medieval and renaissance, if only there were a sixteenth century board I'd be happy but perhaps alone. I might post on both boards next so at least I cover all bases !

Absolutely beautiful, but Gendarme-style knights are Renaissance!  You could have Landsknechts in your force!  Come back into the Light!  (But I certainly agree that F&I don't really belong with Pikes and Shot and Flouncy Shirts.  F&I is more of a sideshow to Big Battalions (they wear Tricornes, for goodness sakes!).
