Need help finding unusual Western figures
« on: 18 December 2012, 04:42:05 PM »
Hi gang!  I'm working on a special project for ConQuest Sacramento 2013 and need some help.

We're going to change up our historical demo tables for Brink of Battle, and I want one to be an Old West theme.

We're also demoing our Fantasy rules at that convention, which can be used to make a Weird West game.  Our special event is named The Great Brain Robbery and will be a Cowboys vs Zombies scenario.

Where can I find Old West zombie miniatures?

Anybody know of such a thing?

Thanks,

Bob

The Foundry used to produce a pack of zombie cowboys. I am not sure whether they are still available. :?

They are....not bad looking figures either. Depends on how many you need also. You could convert.

Yup, Foundry do 7 sculpts, sure they are still for sale. Malifaux do some undead gunslinger types and toher undead western folk.

Newline design do a vampire coven in wild west gear.

You could use mantic heads and zombiefy some plastics, work quite well if using ACW figures. I think there are old posts of some of mine.

Reaper do 2 in their Deadlands range and you may be able to pick some up form the old game. Dinally I think knuckleduster or some one does some too

Check the deadlands figure thread you may find some bits there too

Copplestone has some "Plague zombies" that could be used. I think I have seen some zombie gangsters that could also be pressed into service in a Western setting.

Also have a look at the Victorian Zombies from Westwind, I'm sure they could have some use
