Dungeon Crawling Campaign: Suggestions?

Hi everyone!

At the moment i'm one of the lucky bitters of the Reaper Bones Kickstarter, and moved by this i decided to start a campaign with random player in a very simple dungeon-style world, with the loads of miniatures coming on march.
I've only a few ideas, but my points are:

- the players can change often, and each of them could have even more than one character at time
- characters used to die quite often, so there will be more change in the miniatures!
- it would be nice to not having a master at all, but that might be complicated, so it's still to be decided
- not to much roleplaying in it: i'm running already a full-roleplay campaign with no use of dices, so... WAR!

I'd appreciate any kind of suggestion or report of previous experiences, since i'm just starting everything right now. I still have quite a good number of miniatures, so probably i'll start before march anyway! ^^

Another vote for Cavern Crawl it ought to be pretty easy to come up with some random dungeon creation rules to go with it if you want everyone to play against the forces of evil.
