Polish company White Tree has recently released early rules (in Polish - an English version is in preparation) and some miniatures for their new skirmish game Afterglow. It is set in a post-apocalyptic fantasy world - as of now the main fantasy feature is the choice of races: apart from humans and mutants, the world is populated by elven and dwarven survivors.
Last week White Tree launched a crowdfunding campaign in order to release starter sets for the first two races: Delari (human religious fanatics) and Naiym'vael (elves). Today they have revealed three stretch goals, the third of which is a set for Constructs (cyborgs). The remaining factions are: Forge Towns (dwarves), Forsaken (mutants) and Wastelanders (humans - the first race to get its own miniature).
Sadly, the campaign is hosted on Wspieram.to, which is in Polish only. However, they do accept Paypal, and White Tree have a translation of all their stretch goals on their forum:

you have to pay when pledging, and you get your money back only if the campaign is unsuccessful. Plus once you pledge, you can't resign - though you can pledge more and get a new reward.
