US infantry for Burma and the Pacific??

Hi all

I an looking for US infantry minis for Burma and the Pacific, in 1/72 or 20mm. All I find is in "european" or winter uniforms. Any idea?

 Olá Emílio! o clube é mais tipo uma loja com um grupo de jogadores, vindo da Galiza Vigo acho eu, mas pode ser que haja jogadores de La Coruna também.

How interesting! No, i do not mean the language but the fact that someone produces 28mm miniatures for WW2 set in Burma. I gues a link to the website would be appropriate. But not in spanish.

 Hello Legion1963 thanks you are right! As you can see I post both in Galaico/Portuguese (not Spanish) and translate in English on the sentence below for all my friends and fellow wargamers!
 
 I do produce ranges suitable for the Pacific in general, 25 figures for the Japanese Imperial Army and a platoon of American soldiers too, this ranges are growing! I am releasing a considerable amount of new armies including more Generals and Politic personalities of WW2 , Desert, Normandy, Eastern Front  and more!!!

Now, there is nothing like 'general US WW2 pacific' or you have army or you have marines. Equipment is indeed different. Gothic Line US troops are not suitable to be Marines and in 28mm not for US Army in tropical uniform.

US army tropical uniform was a standard HBT (like the USMC one) but with Army webbing and boots. Army did not usually wear camouflage covers on their helmets or camo netting.(A good reference is the illustrated history of US Army operations on the PTO available as PDF from the Center of Military History.

In 20mm a good approach is to take late marines without camo covers on the helmets.

As you say, marine and army uniforms are different. The problem is to find suitable marines.

 Ok my Americans are more Infantry or GI soldiers but here are 2 quick (and I mean quick) conversions :

 The one on the left holding a Garand has a Helmet cover, the one int he middle with the M1 Carbine had some putty added to his pants.
  Nothing was done to the one on the right with the Thompson is there just because he is one of my favorite sculpts so far!
