I just hate how you paint up a platoon in the time it takes me to consider whether or not to start on those 4-5 figures I've selected to paint next, before deciding there isn't enough time to get very far... :cry:

The 14th Army and Chindits are all based and varnished.

I have three Japanese platoons done which will be based over the next couple of days. I'll post pics once they're done.

I've started painting the last of the Japanese, the support elements; which leaves the Gurkha's, Sikhs and some British stretcher bearers to do. School holidays have begun so these shouldn't take too long.

I also painted up my supply markers.

I managed to varnish the last of my Japanese today which officially finishes my Burma project. There's some more to add but I have two fighting forces assembled now so it's time for some games with them before the rest are done.

I painted my elephants too

I have Australians, natives, Gurkhas and Sikhs to add as well as some vehicles and British support weapons. I've also lined up a load of stretcher parties for a scenario.

It's time for a change now though and my Somalis and modern US Marines are on their way...
