warhammer trafalgar

I've have recently gotten back in to playing warhammer Trafalgar and have decided a few tweaks of the system are in order. I like the system as it's fairly simple, easy to play and easy to house rule. There are some lovely ships out there and you can move on to more complicated systems later if you want.

I'm wondering if anyone out there has a copy of the wargame illustrated article by David Manley, "Trimming the Mainsail", Wargames Illustrated No. 260, pp. 58-63.

Would help to know what other ideas have been suggested previously.
