The release date is the 20th of November 2015. Everything is in place for us to hit that date, but as we don't have the actual plastic frames in our hands right now, I can't give a 'cast iron' promise for that date, I'm sure you understand.

Pic of upcoming undead heads and arms mixed with soldiers' bodies. From Beasts of War via the North Star FB page I think:

Well, that's the White Walkers sorted out  :)

Sorry if I missed something - are the undead heads from a separate set, or in the Cultist box?

They're apparently on the cultist set but designed to fit either set to allow for more conversion opportunity

Very cool old school style.

I appreciate the compliment, but I'm too Old School to know what that means. Whats new school. It can't just be the solid bases over slotta bases, GW have been doing that shizzle for 30 freakin years.

I can't see much difference. Help these old eyes explain.

I was thinking of the way the style of the miniatures tattered thick cloaks reminded me of pictures and miniatures I seen of how skeletons looked back in the day. Especally the one with the horned helmet.

I also remember a iconic painting of a bunch of skeletons bursting through a door but I cant find it.
Horned helmets with fur along the brim and tattered cloaks on the skeletons brings me right back to the early days of gaming.

Off course it was just the style I was commenting on the casting quality on these guys are much higher now. A must buy for sure.
