I finally have enough material to begin a dedicated Pulp thread. I'm going to start with a few older LPL entries and then move on to my 3D Clue board

I've had a madcap desire to build a 3D Clue board for quite some time, and I wanted it to also be flexible enough for other games (Strange Aeons, Pulp Alley, 40K, etc.). I had the base measured and cut a long time ago, but started really getting into it around January (as I was doing the 'Build Something', believe it or not  ). My main goal was to make the squares function for 'Clue' but not be annoying in other games.











The doors are basswood with inset magnets so they can open and close. A small nail is located in the wall and floor for the magnet to pair with. The depth of the door paneling is just airbrushed, followed by a dip in some wood stain. The doorknobs are sewing pins, snipped off and glued to a small piece of card. If I feel up to it I may paint some keyholes but I lost steam toward the end

I have quite a stock of furniture, I just need to get around to painting it all.
