Round 9 World War Z vs. The Gathering of the Clans
« on: May 21, 2017, 10:06:49 AM »

NOTE: The oval image is of questionable legality under the rules of the LPL which do not permit any kind of frames- and the oval effect is created by the addition of a frame to the image.
That said, you can't actually see the frame, and to be fair, the rules don't specify that a team photo has to be rectilinear within the permitted maximum pixel dimensions of 1000px x 1000px.
In any event, as I have not been able to get hold of Calimero to get a replacement, I'm letting it stand...

who makes those dwarves?
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

Ok... I'm sorry. I just saw that...

I've sent a PM to Captain Blood. I thought he re-used my round 8 entry instead. Limited access to the Internet make communication lot more complicated. Maybe there's a way to make this right? Maybe by NOT counting it as a new entry or something like that. I feel like I've been given a free pass and it doesn't seem fair to Tim in Saskatoon.

Anyhow, that’s a great entry you have there, Tim. I really like those Dwarf 8)

A Canadian face off!

ANOTHER Canadian face off, I think you mean - I was up against Curt a few rounds back...

.... it doesn't seem fair to Tim in Saskatoon.

...?

I, for one, am completely unconcerned about it!

cheers!

That's quite the horde of zombies and hunters you've got there. What scale are they?

Dany, I wouldn't worry about it. If you were giving Tim's entry a pasting, maybe it could be considered some sort of unfair advantage to have framed your entry to create this attractive visual effect! But since the voting seems to be going in Tim's favour by some margin, don't think there's any case for points penalties  :)

lol

I'm taking quite a beating indeed!

As for the questions and comments on the figures I used. They are 15mm, mainly from Kharusan with some Peter Pig USMC. Only the central figures and vehicles where painted for this round, the rest, Humvee and Zombies, where previously painted.

Cheers! 8)
