Are things going smoothly for the upcoming KS?

The sculpts are coming along, but we've had to push things back a little as Michael has had some other work overrun. Two sculpts are completed so far...we might be pushing back to the New Year.

No seriously, it might be a good idea. This year there have been and are going to be so many extremely good kickstarters, that it's probably wise to postpone it if it's not finished.

Two figures have been sculpted to date - a courier and a pilot. Michael is working on the remaining 4 and I'm hopeful that the KS will be ready to go towards the end of February. I realise this is later than planned, but unfortunately Michael had a complicated big plastics job overrun last year.

I should have mentioned I backed the other sets on KS, without a doubt two of the more outstanding projects I have received. I didn't want to throw salt into Stepman's wound by stating I have the miniatures he's been after.

Agreed on "the bloke is a star" comment as well, we've had interactions outside Kickstarter

Concepts are by Will Beck. The ladies are currently about 80% sculpted, the kids and the pilot are sculpted, and the druggie is still to come

@Doug - yes, both wave 1 and wave 2 could be purchased through the second KS. This will be different for wave 3 - logistics will mean that I won't be able to offer them this time round.
