Saw pics of some production proofs on Random platypus and the detail looked very soft, and the fact that they only show renders on their order page does not give me any confidence that the production minis will be much better, shame cause the sculpts look like they could be alright

The proofs are certainly not the worse i have ever seen. I think they look pretty good and certainly paintable.

It looks interesting, the detail on the minis' faces is a little soft, but far from the worst I've seen.
Inkpaduta - it's up for pre-order now, with a release in November.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm gonna pass. Big Trouble is my favorite movie of all time, but I think I have or can get all the lead I need to play my own game.

Do Studio Miniatures not do 'not' Big Trouble minis? These look a little soft on detail. You've got to think these are the masters as well!

They have some of the figures. These are quiet soft but to be honest im also buying it for the game. Most board games are like this, but i have seen some painters do great work with them. After playing Conan ive been given a buzz about miniature board games.
