A game called "Shadows Over Brimstone" has plastic serpent men. I changed their weapons out with other plastics I had and used some Temple Guard bits on mine.

I do not have pictures of mine, but here are some photos of other peoples work I found online, and when I get home I will see if I can dig out the box mine are in. They are 28mm scale, but the snake men themselves are fairly large. You get 7 of them (1 priest/mage, 6 warriors in two sculpts) for like $20 online. I bought mine off ebay, but will post a link to a more permanent source. They are not my dream Yuan-ti abomination models, but I think they work better and are cheaper than most Wiz Kids prepaints. Shadows over Brimstone has a swamp raptor in plastic that might also work for a Chult type setting.

Thank you for the advice, adventure_85.

However, although I know the minis I'm looking more for a humanoid serpent men, like in R. E. Howard's Kull short stories. -just like the ones in the cover of Ghost Archipelago-. And if they would be multi-component, better.

Please, share your serpent men with us. I'm a great fan of the concept, and probably the Shadows over Brimstone ones will end in my hands to join the rest of my Reaper, RAFM, Sphere Wars and Menhir games serpentine people.

I also like GCT studios samurai serpentmen they have for their Bushido game... nice miniatures.
