Miniatures we must have: Lord Buckethead

I need to have the Dark Lord for my space opera / post apoc games. If one doesn't appear sharpish I may start sculpting....

I thought he had a balanced and well-thought-out manifesto, and I can't conceive why the voters of Maidenhead would pick Theresa May over him. The nationalisation of Adele and the banishment of Katie Hopkins to the Phantom Zone are both sound, reasonable policies.

We may not be the best at many things any more, but I think you could make a case for us still having the best elections.  lol

Lord Buckethead pledged to bring back Ceefax.  lol

I'd totally buy a miniature of our future PM.

It would not be difficult to convert a Darth Vader miniature into Lord Bucket head by replacing the head with a piece of rod.

Cut a notch for the eye slit and drill a small hole for the mouth... job done :)

Are there images of the previous incarnation(s)?

Mr Fishfinger would be less of a sculpting challenge.

The 1992 incarnation standing against John Major.
Back from the dead, almost.

Yes, a quick Google will find you the 1987 and 1992 incarnations. Pretty similar, but the earlier versions had a high collar, like Ming the Merciless or a junior Gallifreyan civil servant might sport (it's not outrageously big enough to belong to someone important on Gallifrey), and the hat/head used to be a bit wider, by the looks of it.

They kept him a long way away from Margaret Thatcher in 1987.

Suitable figures of Thatcher are available from Reiver Castings and Space Vixens from Mars; of John Major from em4/Moonraker; and of Theresa May from Bad Squiddo, I think.

Well this is the first I have heard of this Lord Buckethead fellow. After some research I see he experienced a relative surge in votes in the last election  lol

If we had a mini, he'd also fit quite nicely as Baron Ironblood for those of us into re-producing classic GI Joe and Action Force battles:

While I love the Buckedhead character

I have to pause and think about this Baron Ironblood - an Anarchist in the old XIX century style :D
