The Old Knight & His Retinue
« on: 29 June 2017, 02:20:21 PM »
I did a paint for miniatures swap with my friend, Michael aka SerialMoM, for these wonderful Bruegelburg Folk quite some time ago.
With the possibility that I may get some more via another trade. I thought it high time to get the ones I had painted up. SO...
here the Brave Band is on the High Road to Adventure...through the Mushroom Forest:

...with an overview of the Mushroom Forest Photo Stage:

...there you have them. Perhaps the next batch won't take so long...perhaps.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

Those mushrooms freak me out, man. I'm getting flashbacks. It is not, however, an entirely unpleasant experience.  ;)

Crazy, colourful and imaginative. What's not to like?

Thanks for your kind reply, Plynkes. Mushrooms have become my thing...Man. I am happy you like them.
I have had a few folk say that my Mushrooms gave them nightmares. It's the eyes I think; i.e., the bead eyes seem to follow the viewer wherever they go.
I have done hordes of them...some can he seen scattered through my Last Hurrah thread here on L.A.F.. AND I have sent them to numerous Folk around the World, further spreading their effect...insert B Horror Movie Music here with, perhaps, maniacal laughter in the background.

The Mushrooms have become a major thing for me. They are spreading across the Globe. The latest ones have been seen in Toronto & Ottawa.
