Pulp Alley AAR: Final Flight & At Death's Door
« on: July 03, 2017, 05:26:38 PM »
Played these games back in April.  Just got around to finishing up the AARs over last weekend.

Double feature AAR of our (slowly) on going Perilous Island campaign.  The Final Flight game was really fast, as Rocky pulled two red herrings for his first two plot points, and Tatiana quickly got through her challenges and to the airplane.

We forgot to give Tatiana Lady Elaine for the At Death's Door game, but it didn't really matter.

Great looking game,
Oh by the way I will be shamelessly nicking the plot points on clear bases idea.

Excellent AAR as always. Good pacing, good photos, slick presentation, nice narrative, and it looks like you all had great fun. Great stuff, just great!

Thank you for all of the very kind comments.  This board, and you, its members, have been a great inspiration for me in the hobby.
BTW, where's the sidecar from?

The sidecar is actually a die cast/plastic piece I picked up at the local model train store.  I don't recall the maker, but it was billed as 1/48 scale, and looked cool, so I picked it up. Most of my cars are diecast vehicles I find at toy or hobby shops.  They all need some weathering, but work fine on the table.

The sarcophagus I found in the gift shop of the national archeology museum in Madrid, Spain. The standing Anubis statue also came from there.  As souvenirs, a bit kitschy; but as wargame terrain, perfect!
