I know some people received the dwarves at salute, which makes me think they must have them produced, and with my barbarians being wrapped up, I was thinking I would love to get my hands of some of the halfmen.

It was a "sample" sprue that was available in limited numbers at Salute 2017 I think

I'm looking forward to getting these, but I'm getting bored seeing continued "previews" of the dwarves. Hopefully they start talking soon.

They put a bunch of previews on their Facebook page, dwarfs with hand weapons/spears/bows all ranked up and painted. They stated that the figs were going to be ready "this year" with the rumored mass battle fantasy rule set coming "next year".

Figures looked good painted and ranked up.

I received a reply this morning from North Star. They are waiting for the printers to do the boxes and then they can release the Dwarf set. So hopefully still on for the end of the month.
