Here are some shots of the Lesnaya game at Joy of Six. As usual I took loads but most were rubbish. Also as usual I forgot to take any pictures of the game after the first few moves To busy looking at all the other great games, chatting and generally enjoying a great show

Some words about the battle? What was the outcome?

The photos are from when we ran the game at a wargames show. We had so many people coming and talking that we didn't get to finish the game. I think the Russians were most likely to win. The Swedes tried to attack the Russians as they came through the woods and that didn't work too well. We have played this battle 3 times recently, not including this battle, and were able to finish them. It is 2 to 1 for the Russians but one of the Russian victories was very close.

I look forward to seeing pictures of your game.

Next we will do Horka which is a 'what if' battle in 1708.

This looks great, I love my 28mm but this scale really does look the part.
