Tancrede's Battle of the Bulge project

Hi everybody !

Some guys in my gaming club are now launching some Bolt Action games (late war, with US, german and russian armies) every tuesday, and after some reflexion, I've decided to join and add another project on my long "things to paint" list...

I've decided to paint a fallschirmjäger army, for winter '44/'45 (Ardennes, east front and maybe in Italy).

So here are the first minis, a blister of HQ from Warlord Games (radio, medic and 2 officers).
The camo is not as realistic as I wanted to do, but I've decided to go for a simplified one, just to identify the minis as FJ without goint mad painting more than 40 minis !

Expect more in the coming weeks, as I just start this project and I want a playable army for the beginning of 2018...

Those minis are really cool to paint, and it's a nice change of all the colorful minis (Irish for SAGA, elves for KoW, minis for Infinity) on my desk ! 

For now, I'm waiting for the next minis : a fallschirmjäger PaK40 and a SdKfz 251 from Warlord Games.
And as I have sold an old SAGA warband, I now have funds to buy more FJ to complete the army.

So expect some news soon !
