Time off in the summer provided the opportunity to do some more work on the Dark Age collection.

That is a gritty, tough-looking bunch of warriors.  Well done!

Very nice Jon, but you late with getting them done for the xmas game last year.  lol

As for Dux Bellorum, the rules are fun and easy to play. If you wanted to i could do a Dux Bellorum game for you at the November club meeting. Don't forget Augustus to Aurelian works great for Dark age.

Thanks Nick, but I was only tasked with providing a small task force so I reckoned 18 figures matched that request.

Yes a Dux Bel game would be fun so we will sort out at the next meet up and no I haven't discarded AtoA for this period and might be with trying out at some stage to see how it plays

See you at the AGM

I like very much the choice of postures, the whole group seems to be rushing forward, impetuously as one body! You also managed the face expressions! Well done!

Thanks chaps, I really enjoyed painting these as it made a nice change from 18mm Napoleonics so they might have got a bit extra love.

Cheers
