I've been looking to get some Savage Core Lucid Eye Miniatures, is there anybody that stocks them in the US?

Arcane in the UK have them and I believe they are post-free worldwide.

Warlord no longer carries Lucid Eye.  In the US Recreational Conflict carries Lucid Eye.

Yes, that's what I thought... This brilliant venture of Steve Saleh's has moved home more often than I have...
In the UK I always get mine from Arcane Scenery and Models. Post free and invariably arrive within 24 hours. I cannot praise Arcane highly enough. They are a simply super supplier.
Sounds like you do have some options in the US too, so that's good. They are superb figures.
