I have the Bratt in a case, I'll dig him out over the weekend and take a few comparison pics. He does look a little flat to me, and he should be lead rather than white metal as he was released in 1991.

The original run were lead but they were cast by staff on a personal basis until management made the moulds more secure so they can be original casts in dodgy looking metal. Looking at the pictures the tab does look a bit iffy though.

On your thin Bratt, I checked and mine (definitely not recast) is also thin, looks about the same. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you.
