It’s been tidied a bit now. I use a soft plaster (rather than a hard filler) as I prefer to carve and scrape the treated foamboard, rather than sanding. So after excess plaster is removed it needs a harder coating, which is a firm mix of Evi-Stik Exterior Wood Glue and Johnson’s Baby Powder that is brushed on.

Still looking pretty rough but it’s starting to come together.
Next step will be to add the hitching rail to front right and sand to the base.
