I think if you took those guns off him and gave him a tray of drinks or nibbles he'd make a great futuristic robotic zombie manservant.

By the looks of him he'd be a reet surly bugger, in the Killick mode.

I don't know why, he just looks like a disgruntled servant to me. The way the legs have been painted make them look like knee-breeches and stockings, giving him a somewhat retro-Regency look. Maybe that's it.
