Finished these as a warmup back into the hobby. Pretty happy with the end result. Goliaths I didn’t photo. They were tabletop, maybe.

Those look good to me :)

I like the limited palette... it makes a change from all the 'harlequin' paint schemes out there for the Eschers.

A very different and very successful take on the figures. The more restrained palette gives them a much more utilitarian feel. They look grand :)

The colour scheme looks a bit Van Saar to me, but looks good.

Can we see them from a lower angle?

Totally Van Saar, by canon.

I’ve packed them up, so sorry no more pics for now.

Thanks for all the kind comments!

Lookin' good, Escher were always my favorites. I too like the scheme.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

I do like the general colour scheme but not the fact that the hair is the same colour throughout. But great painting!

Thanks! They were a fast paint job, so hence the same hair colour. Could always go back after my next project (which is massive, unfortunately)...

I like the uniform color choices for the clothing and hair.  Gives them a coherent look.  Nice job!
