Appreciate, I didn't know that, I guess one has always something new to learn! 
Well, we explained the reasons of why that is difficult in the previous post, so I guess there's not really much else we can do about it.

Learn from previoys posts and requests.
Learn from other sellers in the field.
Learn from other sellers in business period.
Makes things happen.
Find a way to overcome hurdles that potential buyers have laid out in the past and recent days.
Stop with excuses and reasons.
Sell me this pen.

Yeah, I think there's no denying that there's always something new to learn and something new to try everytime, we are very pleased people acknowledge our efforts, don't think for a moment we don't appreciate it! Resin or plastic?

There had been all the necessary research to make these via Kickstarter in plastic and make them available 3 tanks for 40$ (instead of 1 resin for $40).

Unfortunately not enough people pledged so while it's still a wonderful wargaming piece it won't be available in plastic unfortunately (and thus not in the prices above).

Shame, I would have thought the 40K people would be all over that.  Better luck next time, and although this theme is not my thing, I appreciate your updates here and now keep a lookout on your products.

Thank you. We are currently 2 men short due to them being in bed sick (that's 50% of our manpower, for a small company like ours it's a lot! ), but we try doing our best all the same.
