Great idea! Eager to see how you will employ the chosen facade!

Thanks chaps  :)

Marvellous. You'll still need a railway train to drop onto an unsuspecting East End street market, though.  ;)

Working on some viaduct sections at the moment but need a few more to span the table. I do know that starting a train will be a slippery slope that I don’t want to start sliding down yet  lol

That's a very useful building facade, particularly with the short return. Will it be available in your catalogue?

Possibly. The returns and rear will be scratch built but drawing them in and altering the original shouldn’t be a problem. The size might need to be looked at though to get optimal with the available material size.

That’s a stunning looking table that just gets better with every addition.

Low relief facades would be very useful, I’d definitely suggest some degree of ledge/wall division just to allow a (minimal) level of set decoration. Say just enough room to fit a bath tub and dither over wallpaper choices  :)

That makes sense. It's a good idea from Silent Invader, well executed by yourself.

Cheers fellas  :)

I know a supplier of tin baths  :D

I think what I am going to do is fill the table with externally finished buildings and then start on the interiors. I've got quite a few Victorian wallpapers somewhere in my reference folders  ;)

I meant to post these for you a while ago. The pics are from the last train show I went to. I can't remember the manufacturers, but I knew you'd probably want to build your own anywho! There's some good ideas for facades in there(especially the first pic).....

Looks like Petite Properties:

I’ve been using their 1/48th scale stuff and it’s very good.  I’d imagine their 20mm/OO kit is just as good.

Many thanks chaps  :)

I was thinking of making them Welsh but that would’ve been too easy  ;)

::), you still could, they'd look the same but they'd have great singing voices and access to better coal for their steam carriage.

Fantastic work as usual.

Facade is very good but I am not sure I would like using a lot of them, you will really struggle to get "line of sight" through your buildings as they are with out stuff round the edges.
I did a few for my pirate table and they made it difficult to see "line of sight" great for photo shoots though :D

Stunning additions old chum. That brick colour on the Georgian frontages is perfect!

What can we expect next?
