Started watching 'Taboo' - this thread is perfectly representing gritty docks. Well, maybe more muck on the ground/bottom of the walls. Shit seems to be everywhere in Victorian times. lol

Thanks all  :)

It's a great series (although set earlier than what I'm doing) and there's another two in the pipeline apparently  8)

Yes, there was shit everywhere  lol Interesting to note that a lot of road surfaces were made from end on, hexed shaped Australian wood but it was swapped out for the more commonly known granite sets because when they got wet from rain, horse piss and excrement they got incredibly slippery and there was a serious problem with horses breaking their legs  :?

I won't be having that much shit everywhere but it will be visible  lol

I am currently going through Peaky Blinders on Netflix and was thinking this would be perfect for a game featuring mobsters from Birmingham.

Thanks chaps  :)

Finished the walls on another warehouse today. The roof will be corrugated Iron/steel with roof lights.

Played around with a little setup and there’s also some shots of it on it’s own. Still debating on the actual playing surface and will probably go for a mix of fine textured paint and some sort of cobbles with the possibility of some flags around somewhere.

That's very smart indeed. It looks like a good size too, how big is the footprint?

Thank you kindly fellas  :)

It looks like a good size too, how big is the footprint?

It’s about 300mm long and around 112mm wide (I think).
