Holy crap! That shows how close we're all together. And I think I deserve to have dropped two places if I choose not to paint new stuff :)

For a few minutes I say to myself,
"hey, the victory is possible..."

And then, I saw my adversary for the last round was Admiral Benbow, and I say to myself "oh-oh, it'll be very difficult"
I show the match to my wife and she say "you're dead"  lol

Now the only think I hope, is stayng on the podium  :D

I'm in a good place right now.  But so many people did the painting for the bonus points this round that I'm going to sink down to the bottom third.  Oh well, there was never any way I was going to paint ten miniatures for one round, and the five pygmies I found turned out to be less than motivating when I pulled them out of the blisters.  I had a good time though, and managed to paint some varied teams.  And while I'm happy for the break from painting for a while, I'm already looking forward to the next LPL.  Congrats everyone.

ten miniatures

Eleven, to be a pedant and add to your troubles - five explorers, five natives, one big critter.  ;)

I guess the bonus points from a full Round 10 entry, all new, will push me up a few notches, but given that I spend the first two rounds occupying the very, very bottom of the ranking, anything up from there is an improvement!

And of course I finally get a really, really good set of photos coaxed out of my camera - just in time for the whole show to draw to an end...  >:(

Still, looking forward to the next time, it's been a blast and an inspiration, and it's definitely make me a bolder painter - I'm exercising those Reaper triads I bought last year the way they're supposed to be used, doing more blending, and painting in more shades & highlights that I used to ignore, to the overall improvement of my painting!

I think that the figures you painted did show improvement during the LPL… not they where bad to start with mind you lol
