Small little exercise in a green tinged Battledress next, a British (perhaps Canadian) medic for Normandy...

Lovely paintwork. Just a minor thought…

Definitely more British than Canadian. The Canadian battledress is dramatically darker than that. I spent three years in the Military Museums here in Calgary; I absolutely know Canadian WWII battledress.  lol

Yep, defo... but its painted for the tabletop, so had to be lighter for scale effect. Always a balance between realism and something that pops on table at 3'. To be honest, he has a brown filter to tone him a little to match my British.

Some of the Canadian BDs in Normandy, are pretty much same colour as British ones too. Quite a bit of variation at times.

Been busy behind the scenes trying out a method of speed painting to try and complete an entire infantry force for Burma within a month...

So far, after two weeks a few bits are done...

After doing the speed painted British Platoon… a little treat before launching into the Indian platoon.

Shellhole Scenics lovely 3.7″ Mountain Howitzer model with an AB crew.
