Loving this thread. The pack animals are brilliant, my only complaint is that I could've done with a couple of those studs for my miniature cabinet shelves.

 lol lol
Well, should I send a parcel your way in the future, remind me and I will chuck a few in.
 :D

Righto, here is a quick shot of the finished Bird-Camels....

I should have got the bipedal members of the group done too but I made a serious cock-up whilst painting these beasties.
I was applying a coat of matt medium to see what the 'loads' looked like after the washes (which tend to be very glossy) and accidentally got some ivory paint in the mix.
Needless to say, I ended up drybrushing all three beasts with a dusting of ivory and buggered them up!
Hence, I had to repaint all the 'loads' again.

I won't be making that mistake again!

Anyway, off to finish the rest of the group now I have fixed these....

Easy enough conversion, mate. Just head swaps really, in the case of the guards.

A shot of the finished (?) Avian Merchant Caravan....

...consisting of the recently finished figures along with a couple of Crom's Anvil Terror Birds which I think make great 'Guard Birds' at this scale.
