Thanks guys.

As my desk is now covered in little soldiers, whilst I try to sort them into sections, I took a senior officer's group shot.

Also a few comparison pics with the older Warlord versions I did a while back. Clearly didn't bother painting in all the press studs then...

and this.

Loving this Ash, superb mate!
Here's my take on Major Cain VC. I can't paint as well as you so opted for 1-1 scale. I think you'll appreciate the detail you can achieve. Close observation will reveal that you can see where his 'tash has got singed off by the PIAT round wot blew up in the pan!

Thanks a lot, and yes chuck some paint at them, you know you want to...

Great looking chaps, really well done!

Cheers, they've been great fun to do. Going back and adding some detail to the old Warlord blokes, then some officers rank badges all round.

Loving this Ash, superb mate!

Thanks Harry. That's a lovely collection you have there, I can see I'll need to give his beret another coat with more purple ink in the mix, dried in a tad too red.
Could be a good opportunity to add some rank to his smock ( should do the other officers at the same time).

Yep, they're great reference material... if you can get the buggers to stand sit still long enough!
