Wasn't there a rumour going around about a Warhammer Historical ACW ruleset? Has anyone heard something about that project again?

I asked the same question on the WAB forum a few days ago, but I believe that it was only a rumour. There is a French version of ACW WAB, it appeared in a French gaming magazine. The download link:

Fire and Fury for large games and I would look at the Crusader Rank and File for 6 - 10 units (WAB size) "Rank and File" for smaller games

Wargames Illustrated also printed an article set of ACW rules by Paul Stevenson using Warhammer Fantasy in 3 sections. October 2004 (issue #205) had the basic rules, whilst
November 2004 (issue #206) has the Union lists and December 2004 (issue #207) has the Confederate list.

Wargames Illustrated also printed an article set of ACW rules by Paul Stevenson using Warhammer Fantasy in 3 sections. October 2004 (issue #205) had the basic rules, whilst
