Due to an upsurge of Western Gunfight interest locally (see Flatpack's  Look whose back in town &
Digit's Vulture Creek) I have been raiding the lead mountain for civilians.

As part of the clear out, I have been sorting through my 28mm Medieval pile.
During which I found I have about twenty 25mm figures, Hotspur I think.
None of my mates were interested, though some had a few of the 28mm ones.

So...
I thought I would do up several 'teams' (one knight & four retainers) for FFofL medieval.
It should let me try out FFofL for medieval skirmish, before tarting up/painting the 28mm ones.

First up is Sir Viss (Always with a smile)

No, he is looking over his right shoulder.
I think he is worried that none of his faithful retainers are following him.

I should not be Sir Prize d that as you Sir Vey ed your Sir Plus figures you would come up with a means of using them.

Sir Cumspect - a wary chap
Sir Rogate     - always willing to stand in
Sir Leigh        - not a pleasant chap to be around
Sir Pent         - a slippery fellow

Haven't looked in this thread for a while, some great stuff and very productive lately!
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

2019 Painting Challenge :
figures bought: 500+
figures painted: 57
9 vehicles painted
4 terrain pieces scratchbuilt

Thanks James.
And in honour of the grate (sorry that should say 'great') British Post Office..
Today we have   Sir Charge !!!!   (Always on the offensive)

That is all the 25mm medieval, though I plan to use up a few 25mm Fantasy figures
as plot points.
Knight with a Banner as the Count/Earl. (Rally to him or rebel against.)
Treasure? chest (All trying to end up with it)
Prisoner  (Free him or capture him for execution/ransom)
Fair Maiden (Abduct/rescue)
& any other ideas/odd figures I have.

Then after (hopefully) a few games of Fist Full of Lead with them I will sell them on.
After which I can do it again with the 28mm figures waiting in the lead mountain.

Amongst the 'Bag-O-Bits' Digits kindly gave me were two Skull/Iron Cross 'things' (see last photo).
I wasn't sure what to do with them, but going through my 'It will be useful' pile I found a box.
It came from a craft shop & is cardboard. I bought two, mainly for the curved tops. I thought they
would make nice basis for buildings. Big buildings in say 10mm, through to small ones in 28mm.
Well here we are a small Sci-Fi crypt. great for:-
Plot points, Stage dressing, Something to hide in or behind.

What do you guys think?
