Captain Jean Danjou and Sgt Vincent Morzycki is the final part of this small infantry based collection. I plan to add some Chasseurs d Afrique is due course. They weren't part of the battle, but they will enhance the gaming options.

Played a large Texan War of Independence game a little while back against my Geoff Bond and with Jeff Davies acting as GM.

The Texans formed a strong centre, using the old Spanish monastery to anchor their forces.

As the Mexicans enter the "valley of death", Texan fire starts to pour down from the heights.

Lots of musket and cannon ball fire from both sides, began to take its toll on several units. For some reason, Geoff's elite infantry got caught up near the bordello for several turns
