The resemblance is based upons Svennn's feverish twisted imagination of what I would look like as a Victorian gent, which to be fair he has pretty much captured, although my head isnt quite so pointy as Jolly Bob pointed out.

Winston is a plastic Perry rifleman with a Black Cat Bases Pygmy head and green stuff afro. The pith helmet is Woodbine I think.

Lots of heads would work on the Picton and also his head is good for other bodies too.
