Now that's funny, had the tears running down my trouser legs. You have to admit Nick, there is an uncanny resemblance. Mind you, the model has better dress sense  ;)

Nice work Svennn!

Now that seems to be some pretty british humorous affair, and I understand that the rider has some resemblance to Malamute. But I really wonder who on this esteemed forum looks like this assistant ...?

The resemblance is based upons Svennn's feverish twisted imagination of what I would look like as a Victorian gent, which to be fair he has pretty much captured, although my head isnt quite so pointy as Jolly Bob pointed out. lol
The assistant is Svennn himself and the likeness is amazing ;)

 ???

Is the valiant Mr Flitter-Flutter based on a model of General Picton? The pose looks familiar, and I can't think of too many other mounted figures with brollies.

Flitter-Flutter is indeed a Picton - the Front Rank one with the Eureka head that you suggested ;)

Winston is a plastic Perry rifleman with a Black Cat Bases Pygmy head and green stuff afro. The pith helmet is Woodbine I think.

Lots of heads would work on the Picton and also his head is good for other bodies too.

I definately think we need a whole unit of Winston's chums, one for surveying property, one for taking measurements, one for taking photographs, one for making the tea etc...

That's true, although with the name I thought it might be aimed at me....... glad it's Svenn to be honest, although Svenn's hair is much curlier than that!

I think you will find in the C.R.A.P. establishment that Pvt Winston "Winnie" Bago has responsibility for Provison of Residential Accomodation (Mobile) aka P.R.A.M.   :D
