I ordered a few pieces for my Gangsters project from Great Escape Games on the 12 May and the parcel was despatched very quickly, arriving on 15 May.

Unfortunately, one item was missing and there was an extra item which I hadn't ordered. A quick email, which was replied to immediately, solved the problem and they will be sending out the missing item straightaway and have gifted me the 'extra' as a way of apology.

Despite the minor glitch in the order, communication and customer service was first class and I shall definitely be ordering from them in the future.
