Bears Head Miniatures - excellent customer service!

I ordered some miniatures from Bears Head Miniatures on the morning of Thursday 4th June, got an email just a couple of hours later to say they were on their way and received them on Friday! The owner - Phil - even included a hand-written note thanking me for my order.

Astonishingly good customer service and even more so given the current limitations of lockdown.

The range of miniatures Bears Head offers is excellent ranging from fantasy to Van Gogh and his easel! I will certainly be making more orders.

Bears Head are awesome. Being over on the west coast of North America I can't expect next day service (must be nice) but they do good stuff.

Their Narthox the Bartender was awesome fun to paint up.

Phil is always super quick with delivery, you always get a postcard thanking you for the order & sometimes he chucks in a miscast figure or two 👍👍👍👍👍
