Looking good man. Just those couple of buildings on that table.
It's gonna be awesome when it's complete.

And good thing learning rebel scum some proper grammar.

Great work in the building. Love the little details you added that really bring it to life.

SO, in the aftermath of the building, I decided my Imperials required some more manpower, so I painted up six more Stormtroopers, bringing them to a game-legal (well, for Legion at least) number of seven.

I think I've got this paint scheme down. They won't win any prizes, but I can reliably churn out one per hour now, although I found that doing them in two's works best...

Look sir, Tushy Station. Perhaps we should go and patrol over there...

Beautiful work.  What made you go with blue board for the buildings rather than foam core if I may ask?

Thanks guys :)

@ Nick: As of last year, I've become a student of the school of Proxxon. [GONG]Clang![/GONG]

Meaning I am now doing most of my building out of styrodur, using a foamcutter. It allows for much more intricate shapes, a lot of which I still have to try out. Coincidentally, I received my copy of Gé Boom's seminal work 'Buildings - Tabletop terrain from XPS foam', just after I finished my last building. I'll be sure to use loads of the techniques in that book in the next build though.

Also; foamcore is not as prevalent here in the Netherlands as it is elsewhere, and I've had abysmal luck trying to remove one or both sides of the sheets we can buy over here (which are rather expensive to boot)...

I tried that last time around and it would not work.
Now it does...weird.
Result!

Great stuff D, I love that big building, makes me want to get back to making some more buildings myself.

That building is fantastic man! Love the painting on it, especially the stripe and graffiti. Really finishes it off. Excellent.
And for me the trick to see the images is to open the page in Safari...I normally use Chrome, but for this thread that doesn't work. So I copy-paste the link and I can see the eye candy!
