Where are you buying all these cars? Ebay?
Presumably they are for Geezers?
A mate of mine has been building a collection for a similar purpose and has been picking cars up from lots of remainder stores and the likes of TK Max.

How are those Corsairs of Umbar in size? I know the LotR plastics are usually very small, but I was hoping for an exception with this one. They look quite burlish and all.

Half a head smaller than Copplestone's SWAT figures - amost a head smaller than the Dino-Hunters... if that helps?

Hmm... how about proportions, in comparison to other figures? Do their heads and hands look "dainty"?

Just compairing with the dino-hunter with the BAR:

Heads same size
Hands, about the same size, some (holding weapons) even slightly larger.

Size seems to vary slightly between sculpts (very neat sculpts, though!).

I'm going to use them for S&S as well as for exotic temple guards/pirates/whatever for pulp gaming... I'm probably also going to use some of them as Barbary Pirates...

I received from Outpost and Killer B the new geezers. The police are excellent , the 3 in helmets are fantastic and have got the coppers helmet spot on two other bobbies have pistols whilst the 6th is wading into the ruck with his truncheon. (need to remember what colours I used for the others now  )

Plus 2 security guards carrying the payroll. A nice touch is the old motor bike helmets and strong boxes (I think these need to be in a sickly brown unifomr as befits security guards)

Finally on the geezers, 5 Slags a nice guy with a sawn off in afghan coat (Hmm Citizen Smith methinks) Kipper ties abound with a chap wearing a holster while the other stands with pistol ready earing Diedre Barlows specs  Final two are real blaggers one prefering fists to his pistol while the other is tool up with a pistol and sawn off (he will be Buster Burns- he has real mutton chops on him)

Now to the Outpost Dragoons, these are the best yet, adding to the Highwayman range, Martin Baker has excelled himsilef and the detail is excellent. WEspecially the faces and the muskets. 2 are using muskets and the third is buckling his swash  mounted figures for each of these are also great. These are ideal for Gloire for hunting down highwaymen, pirates or smugglers

Dragoons are phenomenally useful figures, applicable in a wide range of settings where they can chase all sorts of ruffians, booze it up in taverns and pinch the barmaids, and quarter themselves on the unwilling populace. Being mounted (and usually armed with a variety of toys), they're more than token resistance to heroic knaves and ne'er-do-wells. In short: Good choice.

How do I get to become a Dragoon, Where do I sign up? I like the idea of boozing it up in a tavern and pinching barmaids :D
