Just received a bunch of 20mm Britannia figures. German officers, nco’s, guards and some soldiers all wearing greatcoat. They are my first 20mm figures (well I have some Valiant figures that were free with a Wargames Illustrated mag.)

Yep. Mid 90s at the latest cos that's about the last time I purchased a copy of Miniature Wargames and there was an ad in one of my copies.

Just got back from Enfilade. Bought some French sailors, Senegalese trigaliers & spahis, Laptops & african sailors from Riveresco. Also more darkest Africa natives from various companies though Gem Games. 140 figures total. My count is now in the negative for painted. should turn that around in the next couple of weeks.

A mixed bag from ebay - 7 plastic Bloodbowl Orcs, 26 various LotR minis (High Elves, Goblins and a couple of Orcs, men of Numenor/Gondor, men of Rohan), four 40k minis, a couple of Heroquest figues, a single Orc from Space Crusade accompanied by a broken heavy weapon from the Dreadnaught from the same game, and a single metal wheel that appears to be from the Goblin Chariot c1988, as well as a bunch of bases - Warhammer, 40k, LotR, an old hex-base and a couple I don't recognise. Oh, and the plastic circular bit from an old mouse.

A few of the minis have missing/broken weapons, shields and arms, but, flipping heck, 40 minis (35 of them complete) for £6 including postage isn't bad. About 8 of them are quite well painted and I'd slap them on the table no worries. So, yeah, pretty happy with that...

Can you tell me if they are 28mm (like Artizan Miniatures) or higher?
