Hi,
I assume you're referring to Nato 3-tone camouflage for the vehicles and the Gelboliv battledress worn until 1990?
For the vehicles, I'd suggest using:
FS 34094 VMC 70.975 Military Green
FS 30051 VMC 70.872 Chocolate Brown
FS 37030 VMC 70.862 Black Grey or VMC 70.950 Black
Since the models are 15mm (IIRC), the Black Grey might be a better scale colour than the pure black, especially if you add a wash on top of that. All the above paints are, in my experience, of good consistency, although it has been a while since I last used the brown.
As for the battle dress, I'd suggest using VMC 70.885 Green Grey as a base tone, washed with 70.924 Russian Uniform WW2.
