Does any body know the name of this Vietnamese film?

No, but it looks interesting.

It’s a mash up of various films. The CGI air scenes come from a Vietnamese 2019 documentary, Vietnam Airwar, The First Swallows. Other bits seem to be from the 2012 film The Smell of Burning Grass (Mùi cỏ cháy)
