Outstanding results on that vignette. Everyone should have one but most of us can't achieve that.

It's a Roman Haruspex vignette.  The Roman army rarely ever began a battle without a Haruspex reading the entrails of a sacrificial animal - the troops were too superstitious.

Forgot to ask... how do these compare to other 28mm minis, specifically Warlord Games EIR?  Do you know?

It's great to see little vignettes like this (esp when they are as good as this) - they both add to my knowledge and illustrate things better than pictures for me.
