Any new rules or units, Jolly Bob?
I haven't read it in minute detail, but there are a few things like Holy Relics and Holy Characters that stand out. Most of the new units are just new names for existing ones from the core rules, but given a slight tweak to give more "flavour" - Wild Turks is a notable one, basically light cavalry with bows and the Wild Charge rule added into the base cost.
It keeps very much to the concept of amending the basics to produce something unique that LR encourages, and I think if you view the rules as a framework to build on rather than a set of Laws you have to follow then you can make something really special, individual and above all else, FUN.
After a half hour flick through last night, I was already making plans for a force of leper knights from the Order of St Lazarus.
